Teaching Assistant Role Overview
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils’ learning across a range of subjects and activities
Assist with EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) delivery
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
