Occupational Therapist – SEN Schools Across London
Preferred Supplier to One of the UK’s Largest SEN Institutes

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a genuine impact in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs? We are proud to be a preferred supplier to one of the biggest and most respected SEN institutes in the UK, supporting multiple campuses and provisions across London.

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting Occupational Therapists at all levels – from newly qualified to senior – for a range of full-time, part-time, and term-time-only roles.

About the Roles

You will be working within specialist SEN environments that support pupils with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)

  • SEMH

  • Complex Needs

  • Learning Difficulties

  • Physical and Sensory Needs

Depending on the site, your role may include:

  • Conducting assessments and creating tailored therapy plans

  • Delivering 1:1 and group interventions

  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams (SaLT, Physio, EPs, SEN Teachers)

  • Supporting staff with strategies for regulation, motor skills, sensory profiles, and engagement

  • Contributing to EHCP reviews and progress reports

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists (or pending registration considered)

  • Experience within schools, SEN, paediatrics, or clinical settings

  • Strong understanding of sensory integration, fine/gross motor development, and functional skills

  • A compassionate, proactive, and child-centred approach
