What do you like the most about working at Uniform Education?

Meeting quality candidates/getting them placed and the expert advice from management who have worked in the industry for more than a decade.

What were you doing before joining Uniform?

Education Sales.

What is the highlight of your career?

Providing the consultants with a pool of high quality talent that covers all areas within their territories.

What do you think about the Leadership team at Uniform?

Relatable, personable, experienced. I like that although the leadership team are extremely busy they still take time out to notice my hard work.

What are your thoughts about career progression?

I have been given a clear guideline of the progression structure but as the company is growing rapidly I’m sure the amount of opportunities presented to me will continue to increase.

What do you think about career development?

It’s something that I’m excited about and something that has been an aim of mine and management for me at Uniform

What has been your biggest achievement?

Placing 3 candidates into permanent contracts 2 weeks after initially meeting them.
