Uniform Education are proud to be working with an outstanding girls academy in Southwark that is recruiting for a Graduate Spanish Tutor to join a thriving department. The successful applicant will deliver additional GCSE and A level support to the students, from Year 7 through to Year 13, alongside their regular curriculum to help improve outcomes for all the schools students.

The school are looking to hear from experienced tutors and recent graduates who are passionate about their subject and want to make an impact by improving the learning of young students.

Your opportunity

You will work with students either on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups to provide dedicated intervention support which meets the individual needs of students. The role will also involve in-class support and you will help prepare and deliver sessions, and mark/assess work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to explore teaching and might be considering plans for teacher training, or just looking to gain some initial school based experience. The school have a team of tutors who work as key members of each subject department and liaise closely with teachers on a daily basis to ensure that progress is achieved.

Having a TEFL qualification would be very beneficial for the role, but is not essential.
