Outreach Learning Mentor to work out of Maidenhead full time to start in September.
The role is within the Virtual School and would involve short-term time bonded interventions to enable students to engage with education; overcome barriers and achieve.
The candidate would need to have a car and be prepared to travel extensively throughout Berkshire. They need to be a self-motivated person who can manage their own diary. They would be given briefs by the Assistant Headteacher for Windsor and Maidenhead cohort of the Virtual School but would very much be running their own day.
The candidate would need to be professional, confident, have excellent conduct and work ethic, be child-focused and thorough. The age range will extend from age 2 to 25.
