My client is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Maths Teacher to work with members of the successful Maths department; the ideal candidate will have experience of teaching Maths to KS 3 - 4 and will support the school’s vision and strategic objectives.

Uniform Education are working on behalf of an outstanding Ofsted 11-18 Girls Secondary school in the borough of Sutton to cover a maternity position. The school will also be recruiting a permanent member for their Maths department from September 2017. The Ofsted Inspection judged the school as exceptional with outstanding leadership. The Head is looking for a highly qualified and enthusiastic Maths specialist who is able to teach across the 11-18 age range, be passionate about Mathematics and committed to improving teaching and learning. The successful Maths teacher must have good interpersonal and presentation skills, be forward thinking, receptive to change and able to work under pressure. You can be an NQT starting out your teaching career or an experienced Maths teacher looking for a new challenge.

The Maths this popular and successful 11-18 girls’ Comprehensive school consists of 6 full-time staff. The Department enjoys excellent accommodation with interactive whiteboards in every classroom and priority access to one of the school’s computer rooms. Students begin studying for GCSE in Year 9. The department operates as a close-knit team, with all staff agreeing to their contribution towards formulating policy and supporting the importance of Mathematics in the curriculum.
