Uniform Education are working with a SEND school in Enfield who are looking to recruit 3 members of staff for September.
The school provides an education for children aged 11-18 with SEMH, Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. The role is part of a SEND school, but the roles will be based at the unit of a mainstream secondary school in Enfield.
The roles they are recruiting for are below:
HLTA - you will be delivering/covering lessons in the class teacher's absence and covering for her during PPA time. The class size is between 8-9 students for September. You will be supported by learning support assistants in the class
Learning support assistant required; looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active learning support assistant to work alongside the class teacher and HLTA. The chosen candidate will preferably have SEND experience, however, this is not essential. The required person will need to be pro-active and be able to solve problems as they arise.
The positions are for a minimum an academic year, with a view to becoming permanent for the chosen candidate. The school has a fantastic leadership in place, with on-going CPD training on offer.
