Job Description

Uniform Education Limited, a leading provider of education practitioners to schools across the UK are looking to recruit a Candidate Attraction and Retention Consultant to join our team. You will be based in our East Croydon Office and be part of our successful, driven team that connects the best teaching and support staff with schools. This is an opportunity for a graduate or an experienced resourcer who is looking to join a leading recruitment company with the ambition to have fast-tracked career progression and high earning potential. This is a key role within the organisation and the successful applicant will be an integral part of Uniform Education.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To work with team members and colleagues across the business to exceed company targets

  • To develop and manage a candidate pool of prospective teachers and / or support workers who are interested in working in Primary, Secondary, SEN and / or mainstream environments

  • To attract and interview candidates from a variety of sources, then marketing those candidates to our London consultants for placement in both long-term contract and daily cover positions.

  • To comply with all safeguarding rules and regulations, ensuring each and every candidate that works through Uniform Education is fully compliant

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a passion to work within the education sector, with a detailed understanding of school requirements and candidate skill sets

  • Be likeable, energetic and enthusiastic, with strong influencing and managerial skills

  • Have the organisational and administrative skills to manage a large pool of candidates

  • Be innovative and creative in identifying, attracting and retaining candidates.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven communication skills with the ability to influence Candidates as well as engaging with team members

  • A consistent and positive approach to contributing to the business, owning performance and standards.

  • An annual Salary of between  £20k - £24k + Commission.
