Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in North London looking for a rewarding role supporting young people with additional needs?

Uniform Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools and alternative provisions in Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden, and Islington, supporting students with SEN, SEMH, Autism (ASC), and complex needs.

Role Overview:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support

• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs

• Adapt learning materials to suit individual abilities

• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN staff

• Support social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements:

• Experience with SEN / SEND / SEMH

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Resilient, proactive, and adaptable approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
