Uniform Education is actively recruiting SEN Teachers, HLTAs, SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors and Inclusion Support Staff to work within specialist inclusion units and SEND provisions attached to mainstream primary and secondary schools across Woking, Runnymede and Surrey Heath.

With increasing demand from schools throughout West Surrey, we are seeking dedicated education professionals who are passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Current Opportunities

SEN Teachers

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND desirable

• Opportunities across primary, secondary and specialist provisions

• Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)

Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)

• Leading interventions and small group teaching

• Supporting pupils with EHCPs

• Covering lessons where required

• Enhanced daily rates available for experienced HLTAs

SEN Teaching Assistants & Learning Support Assistants

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers & Sports Coaches

• Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs

• Working within inclusion units and nurture provisions

• Training and ongoing support provided
