As the academic year draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to recognise what has been achieved and, most importantly, thank the people who have made it possible.
Uniform Education is a specialist education recruitment and supply agency supporting mainstream schools, SEND schools, alternative provisions, local authorities, colleges and children’s homes across London and the Home Counties.
SEND remains at the heart of what we do. During this academic year alone, we have placed more than 800 individual candidates into work across over 300 schools and education settings.
We proudly support schools across all 33 London boroughs:
Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster and the City of London.
Our reach also extends throughout the Home Counties, including Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
We are incredibly proud to have donated more than £30,000 to schools, charities and other good causes. Giving back to the communities we serve is not an optional extra for us; it is a fundamental part of who we are.
A huge thank you must go to our loyal in-house team. Their hard work, dedication and belief in what we are building have enabled Uniform Education to remain agile, forward-thinking and responsive while continuing to provide a genuinely personal service.

Pound for pound, we are proud to stand alongside the largest supply agencies in London and the Home Counties while retaining the personal relationships, flexibility and accountability that make us different.
We are proud to be able to support clients through multiple procurement routes aligned with the Procurement Act 2023, and we look forward with enormous optimism to the next academic year.
There are still a few days remaining, and our team is working hard to place approximately another 50 teachers, tutors, learning support assistants and education professionals into suitable roles.
