We are incredibly proud to announce that Uniform Education has been awarded a Bronze International CSR Excellence Award 2026.
The award was presented at a carbon-neutral ceremony at St Paul’s Cathedral in London on Monday 1 June 2026. It recognises organisations that demonstrate a genuine commitment to corporate social responsibility, environmental practice and creating a positive impact beyond day-to-day business.
For us, this award is not simply about having a CSR policy in place. It reflects the importance we place on supporting the schools, pupils, local authorities, charities and communities we work alongside every day.
Giving Back Is Part of How We Work
As a specialist education recruitment agency in London, Uniform Education works closely with mainstream schools, SEND settings, alternative provisions, academy trusts and local authorities.
Our role is to provide high-quality teachers, SEND teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, outreach tutors and education support staff. However, we have always believed that a recruitment agency should offer more than filling vacancies.
Schools are under continued pressure to do more with less. Many are supporting pupils with increasingly complex needs, managing stretched budgets and working hard to provide the best possible learning environment for every child. Where we can, we want to make a practical contribution.
That means taking social value seriously, supporting good causes and looking for opportunities to give something back to the education sector and the wider community.

The International CSR Excellence Awards celebrate businesses that put responsibility, sustainability and community impact at the heart of their work.
Receiving a Bronze award is a real honour for Uniform Education. It gives recognition to the values that sit behind our business: treating people properly, building trusted partnerships, supporting education and using our position as a recruitment business to create positive outcomes.
The award also included a donation made on Uniform Education’s behalf to GiftTrees, supporting tree planting projects that help the environment, wildlife and local employment opportunities in emerging nations.

We are very proud of this recognition, but we see it as encouragement to keep improving rather than a finish line.
