Behaviour Mentor Jobs
Behaviour Mentors help young people overcome barriers to education, improve emotional regulation and engage more positively with learning. These roles are particularly suited to people who are resilient, calm, practical and confident building relationships with pupils who may have experienced challenge, disruption or disadvantage.

What Does a Behaviour Mentor Do?
A Behaviour Mentor works closely with pupils, teachers, pastoral teams and families to support positive behaviour, attendance, confidence and engagement. The role can involve both classroom-based support and structured intervention work.
