Specialist Autism Recruitment Across London

Uniform Education is a specialist autism staffing agency in London, recruiting teachers, Teaching Assistants and support staff for autistic children and young people across specialist and mainstream education.

Every autistic pupil is different.

That means effective autism recruitment cannot be based on a generic job description.

Schools may require candidates experienced in communication differences, sensory regulation, structured learning, challenging behaviour, personal care or highly individualised learning programmes.

We identify staff whose experience matches your pupils and provision.

We support both verbal and non-verbal pupils and children or young adults across a wide spectrum of support needs.

Parents and carers can contact us directly where they require help identifying suitable educational support for their child.

Where funding is expected through a local authority, EHCP or other commissioned package, we can discuss the staffing requirement and appropriate next steps.

We provide:

Emergency supply | Daily cover | Short-term staffing | Long-term staffing | Temp-to-permanent | Permanent recruitment

From an urgent Teaching Assistant requirement to building a new autism provision, our consultants can help.
